Where does SafeSwap operate?
Dublin, in two delivery zones covering the city and county. €5.99 flat delivery either way. More Irish cities are on the roadmap.
How is my money protected?
When you buy, your payment is authorised into escrow — the seller is only paid after the item passes inspection AND you approve it on delivery. If anything's off, the money simply never leaves escrow.
What does it cost to sell?
Nothing. 0% commission, no listing fees, no payment fees — you keep 100% of your price. That's permanent, not a launch promo. Optional visibility boosts are available if you want your listing seen faster.
What gets inspected?
Everything gets a condition check against the listing photos at collection. iPhones and consoles get powered on and tested; sneakers and designer pieces are screened for authenticity red flags. Premium items are inspected before the listing even goes live.
