We collect & inspect
Our driver collects from the seller and physically checks the item against the listing — condition, authenticity red flags, working order for tech. Fails inspection? The deal stops and you're refunded.
You approve — seller gets paid
The item lands in your hands the same day. You confirm it's right, and only then does the money release to the seller. Sellers keep 100% of their price.

Where does SafeSwap operate?
Dublin, in two delivery zones covering the city and county. €5.99 flat delivery either way. More Irish cities are on the roadmap.
How is my money protected?
When you buy, your payment is authorised through Stripe — the seller is only paid after the item passes inspection AND you approve it on delivery. If anything's off, the seller is never paid and you're refunded. (SafeSwap doesn't hold your money itself — it moves only through the regulated Stripe flow.)
What does it cost to sell?
Nothing. 0% commission, no listing fees, no payment fees — you keep 100% of your price. That's permanent, not a launch promo. Optional visibility boosts are available if you want your listing seen faster.
What gets inspected?
Everything gets a condition check against the listing photos at collection. iPhones and consoles get powered on and tested; sneakers and designer pieces are screened for authenticity red flags. Premium items are inspected before the listing even goes live.
