1. What SafeSwap is

SafeSwap is a managed, same-day marketplace. A SafeSwap driver collects the item from the seller, checks it against the listing, and delivers it to you. You never meet the seller.

2. Payment

After delivery you must accept the item or raise an issue within the acceptance window shown in the app (48 hours at launch). If you do nothing, the item is treated as accepted and the seller is paid.

7. Prohibited conduct

No off-platform payment, no off-platform meet-ups, no sharing of personal contact details to arrange a side deal, no abusive messages, no fraudulent claims.

8. Data

SafeSwap stores your account, addresses, device information, order history, messages, and any dispute evidence. See the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion in-app.

9. Liability

SafeSwap operates the platform and the delivery/inspection service. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing. SafeSwap's liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. A new version requires re-acceptance before your next purchase.
